The functions of the Plan Committee are in accordance with §62.23 Wisc. Stats.,  and applicable Village ordinances. The committee is composed of seven (7) property owners and is presided over by the Village President. This committee is responsible for ensuring that the Zoning Ordinance is enforced equitably.

The Village of Ephraim Plan Committee regularly meets at 7:00 P.M. on the fourth (4^th) Tuesday of every month. Meetings are held at the Village Hall located at 9996 Water Street. Plan Committee Agendas can be found here.
