The functions of the Historic Preservation Committee "HPC" are in accordance with applicable Village ordinances. Composed of five (5) Ephraim property owners, this committee provided recommendations to the Planning Committee to preserve the historical nature of the Village of Ephraim.

The HPC meets regularly at 6:00 or 6:30 PM on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at the Ephraim Village Hall located at 9996 Water Street. Agendas can be found here
