Assistant Harbormaster

Ephraim is looking for an individual to serve as Assistant Harbormaster who can manage the daily operations of the Firehouse and Anderson Dock marinas along with a Dock Staff. This position requires working at both marinas, and training, scheduling, and supervision of the Dock Staff. The duties of Assistant Harbormaster will also include working with the Harbormaster using DOCKWA.com to manage transient boat reservations and positioning.  This is a seasonal position with a competitive salary based on experience

Seasonal Dock Staff

Seasonal Dock Staff positions also available and will require friendly and helpful interactions with daily launch boaters, transients, and slip and mooring holders.  Other duties will include keeping the marina in a clean and safe condition.  Experience working with the general public in an outside setting would be beneficial. These positions are from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Wages based on experience ($12.00 to $15.00 per hour).
