The Ephraim/Gibraltar Airport is located at 9667 Maple Grove Rd. Meetings are scheduled by the Town of Gibraltar Office but Agendas and Minutes will be posted on this site. There are two offsite locations for boat trailer parking for those paying to launch their boat, slip holders, mooring holders, and those with transient reservations.
10011 Norway Street, on the Northside of the driveway behind the Ephraim Fire Department building. This site is intended for day parking of trucks and boat trailers with no overnight parking permitted.
10285 Townline Drive, on the Southside of the driveway of the Ephraim Wastewater Treatment Facility. This site is intended for long and short-term parking of boat trailers.
All committee meetings held within the Village of Ephraim are open to the public and time is provided for public comment, except for "Closed Session” meetings. A Closed Session meeting will be posted separately. Meetings will be simultaneously held via teleconferencing. Staff, committee members, and the public are welcome to participate in this manner. Andrea Collak, the Village Clerk/Treasurer, collects all license fees and issues tags. State regulations require that a request be presented with a completed license application and a copy of the vaccination record from your Vet. The vaccination record must include the manufacturer, serial number, lot number, and expiration date for your dog's vaccination. To obtain a dog license application please click here.
The Brush Dump Site is located at 10285 Town Line Drive and is open to residents through November.
Holding Tank and Septic pump-out services are only available to Ephraim Residents.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant staff can schedule a convenient time to pump out your holding tank, or septic tank, or schedule your POWTS inspection for your Village of Ephraim property. They can be reached at 920-854-4991.
Ephraim Well Water Testing is a State Certified testing facility, License #105-299,
for bacteriological analysis of potable well water which is recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to be tested annually.
The bacteriological testing is the presence and absence of Total Coliform bacteria and E-coli. We provide bacteriological testing for both private and public well water. Additional tests of your well water can be provided by calling the lab facility for more information.
For your convenience sample bottle and forms can be picked up at our facility 24/7. There are also other locations around Door County where you can pick up a sample bottle and forms. Please call to find out the nearest pickup site located to you. The cost of a bacteriological analysis test is $30.00.

Slips: Currently there is a waitlist for Village of Ephraim slips. If you would like to join the waitlist, applications may be picked up at the Administrative Office, the Firehouse Marina, or online here.
Mooring: If you have ground tackle and would like to be considered for a Village of Ephraim mooring, please complete the mooring application, provide the non-refundable deposit fee and forward the application and deposit to the Village of Ephraim. All deposits for waitlists are non-refundable.
The waitlist is extensive at this point in time. Priority is given to Village of Ephraim property owners.

We now have a single transient mooring available for rental. The location of the mooring is N 45 09.266 W 87 10.479. The mooring is located in seven (7) feet of water. Our system sets a maximum draw of 5' but the boater must take ultimate responsibility for comfort knowing the depth of water available.

Enter the Village of Ephraim in the “Find Marina” search box.
Enter the type of space (mooring or dock) and the required information to submit a reservation request. The Village Harbormaster typically responds to reservation requests in seven (7) hours.
All transient locations are wall tie-ups. When indicating Max Length Overall (LOA) please be sure to account for total length including bow sprits, motors, swim platforms...etc... Transient reservations are limited to a maximum of fourteen (14) days at a time.
Notifications are posted in the following locations, at least twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled meeting: The Administrative Office, the Village Website, the Visitor Information Center, and the Village Post Office.
All meetings are open to the public, except those occasionally posted and conducted per Wisconsin Statutes as Closed Sessions.

Ephraim sewer bills are mailed as follows:
First Quarter is mailed the first week of April and includes sewer charges for January, February, and March.
Second Quarter is mailed the first week of July and includes sewer charges for April, May, and June.
Third Quarter is mailed the first week of October and includes sewer charges for July, August, and September.
Fourth Quarter is mailed the third week of December and includes charges for October, November, and December.
Sewer bills are due 30 days from the date of the billing.
All property tax payments must be mailed directly to the Door County Treasurer at 421 Nebraska Street, Sturgeon Bay WI 54235.

The Village maintains two (2) tennis courts for community use; they are located on Norway and Q just behind the Fire Station The fee for court time is $5 per hour. Court use is first come, first served.
The Ephraim Village Library is located at 9996 Water Street. Please visit the Ephraim Branch site of the Door County Library system for further information on hours, programming, and resources. The Ephraim Village Library does not have public restrooms - Seasonal restrooms are available at the rear of the Ephraim Village Hall. Ephraim’s waterfront visitor information center provides all the maps, brochures, event calendars, and vacation guides to make your Door County vacation unforgettable. The location at 10049 Water Street/Highway 42 offers free Wi-Fi and is open from May - October. Ephraim brochures and a map are available outside of the building year-round. The winter visitor information center is located in Ephraim Village Hall at 9996 Water Street/Highway 42 and is open by appointment, please call 920-854-4989 or email vacation@ephraim-doorcounty.com.
